I believe a trusting and honest relationship is of great importance and one that is built together. I am here to support you through a process of being more of who you really are. Therapy is for you if you need someone to walk beside you, to understand your experiences and what they mean to you, or if you are feeling stuck or confused. I am here to listen and to honour the journey of your experiences. I help you to explore your deepest fears, and support you towards acceptance of all that you have been through.
